You've got 30 days from delivery to return anything for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. No questions, no stress—we're all about making it right.

How It Works

Reply to your order confirmation or hit us at 568ffi@gmail.com or sales@lunevjewelry.com  We'll send a prepaid label (free returns for you), and you pop it back in original condition—tags on, packaging pristine. We'll handle the rest.

Refunds

Once we get it and give it a quick look, full refund hits your original payment in 5 business days. You'll get an email when it's done—no restocking fees, ever. Exchanges? Same speed, same ease.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are final (we make 'em just for you).

Non Custom: Damaged/defective? Tell us ASAP—we'll swap or refund, no charge.
